A loan of $350 helped purchase of soda drinks to expand convenience store business.

Franco's story

Franco is a 32 year-old father who lives with his wife and their two daughters, ages 6 and 10, in the district of Zaña, located 50 minutes outside the city of Chiclayo.

For three years, Franco has operated a convenience store in his home, located close to the station that offers transport Zaña - Chiclayo and vice versa. In his establishment Franco sells sodas and candies to the drivers and passengers that frequent the area. The store is the family's only source of income.

The rise in temperature due to the approaching summer season gave Franco the idea to expand his business by buying more drinks, and for this reason he is asking for the first time for a loan of 1000 nuevos soles from Edpyme Alternativa.

Franco is a responsible and hard-working father. His greatist wish is to keep working hard to give his two daughters an excellent education.
