Mrs. Oeu N. is 57 years old and is a vendor selling porridge and dessert in a busy market, where she usually makes on average about $5 each day. She is a mother of 5 children, two of whom work for a local private company and the rest are students.
Currently, one of her children would like to conduct a motor-taxi, which would enable him to make additional profits for his family. Yet recently, he has faced a financial constraint. Therefore, Mrs. Oeu N. is humbly requesting for a loan to assist him.
