Zulfawu's story

Zulfawu is a 20-year-old entrepreneur who lives with her mother in the West Gonja district in Ghana. She is requesting a Kiva loan in order to start her own business selling cassava flakes or Gari. Zulfawu plans to use the profits from her business to further her education. She will repay the social interest on her loan by volunteering two and a half hours per week as a member of the Camfed alumnae association, CAMA, supporting the CAMA community by organizing and leading meetings and activities.
