A loan of $650 helped to buy raw materials and fertilizers for a better crop.

Enoe De La Concepcion's story

Enoe Hernández, 36, is a woman dedicated to farming. Her parents left her some fields in which she has cultivated pineapples since the soil is good. One of the difficulties she faces is not being able to transport her crops to market because the roads are in very poor state and moving crops to market is very problematic and expensive. She lives with her husband, who is a professor at an engineering university, and their two beautiful childen, who are elementary school students. Her plans are to improve her home and to support her children, who help her with production in their free time. With this loan she will buy raw materials and fertilizers to improve her pineapple crop so that she can sell at market for a better price and be able to repay her loan on time. She is happy that, thanks to the credit, she has been able to invest in production which is beneficial in order to feed her children and provide for the physical needs of her family.
