A loan helped to buy a toilet, tiles and blocks in order to construct a bathroom in her home.

Brígida Del Carmen's story

Brigida is a 35-year-old woman. She is a single mother of a boy in middle school. She has always been vigilant about her son's education, and in providing him a better quality of life. Her son is her primary motivation for moving forward. For that reason she wants to improve the conditions in which they're living and provide better health conditions by constructing a bathroom.

Brigida is a salaried employee in a private company. She works inspecting merchandise at the company.

Today this hardworking, enterprising woman comes to Kiva, through MiCrédito, with the hope of completing her project by constructing a bathroom. With the loan she plans to buy a toilet, tiles and blocks. In the future she would like to continue improving the living conditions of her family by making improvements to her house.
