A loan helped to pay the advance money to the poultry farmer for her husband's chicken shop.

Ayesha's story

Ayesha is 25-year-old married woman living with her spouse and three children in the area of Lahore, Pakistan. She is pictured with her husband.

He owns a chicken-selling shop; his daily practice is to buy broilers from the market and then sell them to people and restaurants. He has to pay the advance money to the poultry farmer so he can supply broilers in his shop in a timely manner.

Therefore, Ayesha has requested a loan from Kiva’s field partner BRAC Pakistan so her husband can pay the advance to the poultry farmer and can get broilers to sell in his shop. She dreams of providing all facilities of life to her children.

Ayesha would be very thankful to Kiva and field partner BRAC Pakistan.
