A loan of $400 helped business Capital.

Maria Elena's story

Señora Maria Elena is 30 years of age. For work, she sells various products. She has had her business for more than 5 years. She is a street vendor because this is the only way to show her merchandise. She started with very few resources with her own funds but she has a great desire to get ahead as she has to pay the bills for her housing and food. Little by little she has increased her inventory with the little earnings her business generates. It was not until now that she was presented with the opportunity to work with Fundación León 2000. The loan she requests is for business capital for the purchase of pants, shirts, skirts, and t-shirts. Her greatest dream is to continue her business.
