A loan helped to purchase pigs, feed, ground grains, and potatoes.

Maria Del Carmen's story

María is a 42 year old woman who is single and lives alone. She works as a day laborer and raises pigs to sell. She has been working for more than 10 years at this activity, with which she can resolve some of her basic needs.

María hopes to invest a little more in her business. With the loan, she will purchase pigs, ground grains, feed, and potatoes. In this way she will be able to raise them well so they grow fast for sale, and through this earn her income.

María aspires to be able to continue working to be able to live a dignified life.
