Mkombozi-Kahama Group's story

Jane, 38 years old, is a married mother of three children who are still in school. She is a food vendor. She sells local foods. She has been running this business for five years. She normally opens her business from 6:30 am and closes at 6:30 pm every day and she earns a profit.

This will be Jane's first loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. She is applying for this loan to purchase kilos of maize flour, beans, cooking oil, vegetables, ingredients, utensils and seats for her customers. Her dream is to open a restaurant someday.

Jane will share a portion of this loan with her loan group members of Mkombozi-Kahama and they promise to pay back the loan.
