A loan helped a member to restock more blankets, clothes and plastic materials to boost her business.

Mufaro Group's story

Stella has tried almost every business, but she simply cannot give up because she knows there are people looking to her for support. Stella is a former teacher at a preschool and used to restock maize in rural areas, but with the closing of each business, she was able to discover another one.

Stella is now a cross-border trader, she is restocking blankets, clothes and plastics materials and she is selling at different farms. Stella is coming to Thrive for the fourth time, a clear sign that she was tried in all counts and she has been the most esteemed borrower because she always pays on time.

Stella started this business three months ago. She is getting more orders and she hopes to continue working hard and never to disappoint her customers on the orders they place with her.

Stella is 47 years old and she is the mother of five children. She is only left with one child who is doing secondary education. Her husband is a commuter driver.

Stella is using her loan to restock more blankets, clothes and plastic materials to boost her business.
