A loan helped to buy a cow.

Rocio Del Carmen's story

Rocio is a humble woman of 50 years of age. She is a single mother and lives with two daughters and a grandson in a house rented in the El Playon area of San Francisco, on the border between Ecuador and Colombia.

Rocio's work involves raising cattle for the production of milk. This job is very important for Rocio since the majority of her income comes from the sale of the milk.

The loan is requested to buy a cow to increase the amount of litres of milk for sale, and in this way improve her earnings and look after her household. Rocio aspires to succeed in her job.
