Jenipha's story

Jenipha is a 53-year-old mother of five. She sells fish in Kawangware Market Nairobi. She has been in this business for the last three years. She is requesting a loan of Kes. 40,000 to buy ten sacks of Omena (small fish) for sale. She has successfully paid a loan of Kes. 20,000. Since joining Faulu, Jenipha says that her life has improved. She has grown from buying Omena in bits to buying in sacks. She hopes to be a leading supplier of Omena in Kawangware area and grow her business to a level that it can sustain her family. She describes herself as hardworking.
