A loan helped to give her school a much-needed upgrade in the form of new classrooms, new furniture, a computer laboratory, and a matriculation system of schooling.

Tresa's story

Tresa is 45 years old. She opened an educational facility seven years ago and has been successful in providing education for the youth in her community. However, with other educational institutions springing up, it is becoming increasingly difficult for Tresa to keep up with the competition regarding the quality of education offered by other schools. Tresa has a total of 128 students enrolled in her school and about 48% of these students are female.

Tresa has requested an amount of PKR 100,000 in order to give her school a much-needed upgrade in the form of new classrooms, new furniture, a computer laboratory, a matriculation system of schooling, and for general repairs. Tresa wants to continue providing education for children and does not want to lose the opportunity to do so because of these minor setbacks.
