A loan of $2,800 helped a member operating capital.

El Tajibo Group's story

Rebeca Marcela represents the El Tajibo group, which is comprised of 12 members who live in El Tajibo near Okinawa. It is a well formed, new group with the desire to get ahead. Each one of the members has a business like selling groceries, cosmetics, or building houses. Their primary business is making and distributing bread. This is a lot of competition in the market. The members need more capital to acquire merchandise to be able to sell at lower prices and improve their income and the quality of life of their families.

Even though this is their first cycle, the members have experience with supportive groups thank to financing with other institutions. Therefore, they know the way it works and how to meet their obligations in a punctual manner.

In this group: Rebeca Marcela, Maribel, Eloisa, Lorenzo, Pascuala, Juan Pablo, Ruth, Yolanda, Emilio Francisco, Erika Patricia, Victoria, Layda
