Neris's story

Neris is a traditional dressmaker in Cartagena de Indias who got started in this work at a very young age, although she started practicing in 1999. She makes all types of garments, does alterations, and does training. Her customers are residents of the area for whom she makes custom clothing.

She currently requested her first Kiva loan to invest in fabric and supplies to make clothing and sell it to merchants.
