Hellen's story

Hellen is a 27 year-old woman who is married with four children and lives in a community in Honiara, the capital of Solomon Islands.

She runs a business selling betel nuts, cigarettes and tobacco in her community and at the market to earn a living. She has been in this business for three years.

Hellen has requested a loan to pay for additional bags of betel nuts, sleeves of cigarettes and tobacco products to increase her stock capacity and assist her in running her business.

She will use her profit to make improvements to her house and meet her family's daily needs.
