A loan of $800 helped buy more household goods to sell in his retail shop.

Benard's story

Benard has been operating his retail shop in Naivasha town for the last four years. He is 26 years old, married to Grace Murendi and has a 3 year old girl.

He was introduced to KADET by his friend who is also a client. This will be his second loan, and he plans to buy more household goods to sell. He paid his first loan off very well.

In the future he not only dreams of growing his retail shop, but also of buying his own vehicle which he will use as a taxi to diversify his source of income.
