A loan helped to buy a new professional sewing machine and some additional thread and cloth for her business.

Irram Shahzadi's story

Irram Shahzadi is a 30-year-old woman. She lives with her family in Gujranwala. To help her family meet their living expenses, she has been stitching clothes for the past six years.

Her current sewing machine is outdated and requires to be replaced, along with inventory of colorful thread, laces, buttons and artificial gems. However, due to limited finances available, she has been unable to do so.

To meet this challenge, she has requested a loan so that she can buy a new professional sewing machine and some additional thread and cloth for her business.

Irram Shahzadi is very grateful to Kiva and JWS Pakistan.
