Mrs. Dy Soer Village Bank Group's story

Twenty six people who are all living in Anhchanh village in Kandal province is made up the village bank loan. Mrs. Dy S. is a village bank president who has been selected the members and they all will use the loan in different purposes. She is a farmer who owns 2-field of land to cultivate rice to earn for living. In this plantation, she faces an obstacle because she does not have enough money for growing rice on the field. Thus, she decided to ask for a loan for this purpose. Her husband, Mr. Horl Sarorn, is a motorbike taxi driver. Mrs. Dy S. is 37 years old and the mother of five children, four of whom are enrolled in the local school and the youngest one is too young to work or study.
