A loan helped to buy a laser machine for drilling wood and raw materials for her work.

Areen's story

Areen, who appears in the photo, is a thirty-five-year-old married woman and a refugee who lives with her family in a camp near Bethlehem, West Bank. She is the mother of three adorable children. She tries hard to raise them in the best conditions and to cover all their needs. Her husband works in the public sector, where he earns a low income; this income is barely enough to cover all the basic needs of the family.

Areen is a talented woman. She took advantage of Bethlehem as a tourist city and began to work in souvenirs and wood engraving for tourists. She went to Palestine for Credit and Development (FATEN) to request a US-dollar loan to buy a laser machine for drilling wood and raw materials for her work. She hopes you will help by funding her loan.
