This loan will begin her third cycle with AFODENIC, and will be used to purchase zinc and other materials to repair the roof of her house, which is in bad condition. She is grateful to the institution for this loan, since it will now be possible to make improvements to her home.

La señora Maria Lucrecia S. de 41 años de edad, reside en el barrio Memorial Sandino en la capital de Managua, con una hija de 13 años que estudia la secundaria, sus planes es poder terminar de construir su casa, ya que todavía su piso es de suelo, le falta repellar paredes y desea tener una casa digna para su familia. Anteriormente vendía productos de cosméticos pero las ventas se pusieron bajas y no le alcanzaba para cubrir sus gastos lo cual busco un empleo fijo y ahora trabaja de conserje en un colegio americano para tener su salario fijo y poder cubrir sus gastos, a un vende cosméticos en poca proporción a sus clientes para poder mejorar su economía. Con este crédito es su tercer ciclo en Afodenic el cual invertirá en la compra de zinc y otros materiales para reparar el techo de su casa que esta en mal estado. Da la gracia a la institución por el préstamo ya que hace posible hacer las mejoras a su casa.
