Dora Nohemy's story

Dora has a ninth-grade education, is married, and her husband works for a security company. They have three children of whom one is at the university, another in high school, and the other in elementary school.

Dora has had a business selling staple goods for six years. She learned this trade from her aunt who sold at the market. Dora travels two kilometers from her house to arrive to her market stall and works from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

She needs the support of a loan to buy beans, cooking oil, condiments, salt, etc. to stock her business and to have an income to pay for her children’s education. Also, in the last months of the year, she sells more and thus, her earnings will be greater.

Dora dreams of having a large general store and of helping her family to have a better quality of life.
