A loan of $700 helped purchase of fertilizer.

Elza's story

Eliza is 30 years old. She lives with her husband and children in her own house. Together with her husband she works every day on the diverse tasks of the countryside. She also raises cattle and sheep and in this fashion guarantees income for her family. Although the work she carries out is very hard, because of it her family is always able to count on having the food it needs in its pantry. This motivates Eliza to continue dedicating herself to agriculture, planning for the future possibility of having a business selling her grains, such as corn.

This is the third time she has had a loan with MFP. She is a member of a communal bank and is very punctual in her payments, which is the reason it is renewing her credit. She will invest the money she is now applying for in sacks of fertilizer for her next planting.
