Failure was not absent in Warly D. P.’s life but he is eager to go on and nowhere near quitting. Warly, a 35-year-old married man with two children, is a rice farmer from Agusan Del Sur. He is cultivating a three-hectare rice field, where main income of his family comes from. In lack of farm inputs, Warly is requesting for a loan of Php10, 000. This will help Warly in maintaining the farm he is tending and also pay for the laborers.
