Basema's story

Basema, who appears in the photo, is a 49-year-old married refugee woman who lives with her family in Rafah, Gaza Strip. She is the mother of one daughter. She tries hard to raise her in the best conditions and cover all her needs. Her husband works in the public sector where he earns a low income. This income isn't enough for the basic needs and the rent of the house where they live because their house was destroyed in the last conflict on Gaza Strip. For that, Basema want to rebuild her ruined house. She went to Palestine for Credit and Development FATEN to request a US dollar loan to buy construction supplies in order to start rebuilding her ruined house.
