Meas's story

Meas S. is 29 years old and lives with her husband and two children in the Phnom Penh. She has been selling meat balls, duck eggs and fry frogs since 2007 to earn a living, and is able to make about US$5 of profit every day. Her husband, Vong Sarann, 43, is a driver. He makes approximately US$5 as well. Meas Sophari would like to take out a loan of US$1200 to make a new investment. Meas wants to sell clothes to have additional profit to raise the standard of living.
