A loan helped a member invest in roast chicken and feminine clothing.

Vila Nagibe Group's story

The group Vila Nagibe [Nagibe Village] has been a member of Banco do povo crédito solidário [BPCS - People's Bank, Credit in Solidarity] for one year. The group is very dedicated to their work and to their families. All members are entrepreneurs with at least five years of experience in their respective fields. They work in the district of Jardim Ângela in São Paulo.

Anderson works in advertising and needs this loan to invest in publicity materials. Iamara works at a buffet and needs this loan to buy supplies for making sweets and snacks. Raiane is a taxi driver and this loan will help with vehicle maintenance. Roseli owns a small lounge and will invest in drinks, water and appetizers to increase working capital.

Nubia is the group leader. She is married, has children and loves being with her family. Nubia has a small store where she sells clothing and roast chicken. She started this business because, due to a lack of education, she could not find a job. To help provide for her family, Nubia started working by selling clothes door-to-door and now has her own small store. To increase sales, she started selling roast chicken as well.

With this loan, Nubia will invest in roast chicken and feminine clothing. The extra income will help her to expand her business and help her family. The Vila Nagibe Group is thankful for your support.

In this group: Anderson , Iamara , Nubia , Raiane , Roseli
