Rosa is a member of the communal bank "A New Day". She is 32 years old and married with two sons, ages 12 and 3. The older son is studying at school, and the younger stays at home with Rosa.

Rosa is the youngest of 5 sisters. She left school and studied cosmetology, but was not able to complete her program, as she had to care for her father who was sick. Rosa had to go to work to help meet household expenses.

She began working in city markets selling various goods, until she got a job at a supermarket. It was a good job, but Rosa had to leave because she got pregnant and had to care for her son. Rosa now sells fruit at city markets. She wakes up at at five in the morning to make purchases at the wholesale fruit market and get the best prices.
Since joining FINCA Rosa has done well, and she now has some working capital. Rosa is asking for a loan of 1000 soles to buy a tent and a wooden counter for her fruit stand. Rosa's dream is to have a juice bar.

Rosa es socia del Bancomunal un Nuevo Día, es casada, tiene 32 años, dos hijos de 12 y 3 años, el mayor está estudiando en la escuela estatal y el menor está al cuidado de su mama.
Rosa es la menor de 5 hermanas, terminó la escuela y estudió cosmetología, no terminó por que tenía que cuidar a su papá que estaba enfermo, tuvo que ponerse a trabajar para ayudar con los gastos de la casa. Rosa empezó trabajando en varios mercados como ambulante, hasta que consiguió un trabajo en un supermercado, allí trabajo buen tiempo, pero lo dejo porque salió embarazada y tuvo que cuidar a su hijo, ahora vende fruta de manera ambulatoria, se levanta a las cinco de la mañana para hacer las compras de fruta en el mercado mayorista, así aprovecha mejores precios.
Desde que ingreso a FINCA le ha ido bien, tiene dinero para poder invertir porque ahora cuenta con un capital de trabajo.
Rosa necesita un préstamo de 1000 soles para la compra de un toldo y un mostrador de madera para la fruta.
El sueño de Rosa es tener una juguería.
