A loan helped a member to buy thread, needles, and other products to make 'ñanduti' [traditional Paraguayan lace].

Emprendedoras De Potrero Group's story

The Emprendedoras De Potrero Group is from the city of Itá . The group members, mothers who are heads of their families, are seeking a better quality of life for their loved ones so that they are not in need.

Florentina is one of the members. She makes, buys, and sells 'ñanduti' [traditional Paraguayan lace]. Through this work she generates the means to be able to support her household and to provide her family with the opportunity of having a better quality of life.

She is requesting this loan to buy thread, needles, and other products in order to be able to continue making her ñanduti. This way she is able to meet her obligations to her customers as she is now doing.

In this group: Vania, Florentina, Silvia, Isabel, Mirtha, Mirtha, Sergia, Mariela, Justina, Narcisa, Rosa, Pabla, Patricia, Zunilda, Pabla, Lilian, Carmen, Laura, Maria, Ana, Gladis
