A loan of $1,000 helped a member to buy supplies and equipment plus fertilizers for market gardening.

Gie Kégnéto Group's story

We are residents of a village of fruit and vegetable producers. This is why we’ve come to request a loan for launching our market-gardening production, which is work that we’ve always managed in our eco-village. We know we can produce a lot of vegetables if we were to obtain backing and support. These are the reasons behind our loan application with your institution, so that we can buy fertilizers, along with supplies and equipment, for gardening. We could then really tackle our work as soon as winter is over. We are conscious of the fact that this business can be very profitable for us and also for local populations.
