Laly Karito's story

Sra. Laly Karito is a member of the Communal Bank “Las Dinámicas II”, which is located in the District of Tarapoto, San Martín Province, Department of San Martín. She is 28 years old, single, and has no children. Laly Karito is a woman who enjoys working, so she decided to start her own business selling soft drinks. She doesn’t have a set schedule for her business and she enjoys being her own boss. With 300 soles, she started her business by purchasing 3 packs of sodas. She did very well and started to gradually invest more into her business. Her business has been in operation for a year and she is well-known in her neighborhood and other places.

With her loan of 1500 soles, Laly Karito will buy more beverages such as sodas of different flavors, sizes and brands. She will also buy mineral water, carbonated and non-carbonated. Part of the money will also be invested in ingredients such as cornmeal, sugar, and cloves that will give rich flavor to her beverages.

Laly Karito has many goals and is motivated to make them a reality. She thanks Manuela Ramos for helping her when she needed assistance. She is responsible with her loan repayments and will continue in the same manner.
