Eusebio

Paraguay
Ybycuí, Paraguay / Butcher Shop

A loan of $1,025 helped purchase a freezer.

Eusebio's story

Don Eusebio D. is 46 years old and married to Nilsa Caballero. They have two dependent children. Don Eusebio tells us that he has been in business for 7 years. He started his butcher shop when his father gave him two steers to slaughter. He later sold the meat and was able to earn a little bit of capital.

Thanks to his profits, he was able to continue his business without depending on anyone else. He is grateful to Fundación Paraguaya for providing him loans to expand his butcher shop. Today he is able to work effectively out of his own home without having to leave his family. With their help, the revenue generated from the butcher shop is enough to cover the household expenses. Don Eusebio is also able to pay for his children’s education and improve his family’s financial condition.

He is requesting a loan in order to purchase a freezer since there is a greater demand for meat. This will help him provide better service to his customers.
