A loan of $6,400 helped a member to buy a variety of clothes to sell.

Nueva Vida Group's story

The group called Nueva Vida is a bank in its fourth loan cycle with the program for women entrepreneurs. The members are all very close and they recognize the effort and the needs of the others. They're known for mutually helping each other.

Liduvina, one of the bank members, who used to sell food with her mother, now works buying and selling clothing, in which she's investing her loan. With this job she has her own micro-business with which she supports her family and as a result manages to raise her standard of living and earn more income for her household.

She's requesting this loan to be able to buy a variety of clothes to sell. That way she can continue providing her loved ones with everything they need.
