El comité “8 de Diciembre” se formó con la unión varias vecinas del barrio 8 de Diciembre, de la ciudad de Villa Elisa. Todas las integrantes del comité desarrollan actividades independientes, como son las ventas.
Las integrantes formaron un grupo muy unido y capaz de realizar actividades en forma conjunta, ya que la mayoría de sus integrantes se dedican a la venta, siendo así la mayoría de ellas, colegas entre si.
