Olga's story

Olga is 56 years old and she lives together with her husband. Because Olga is a disabled person - she has problems with her joints - she is not able to work 8 hours a day, and that is why she can’t be employed. Her husband is an auto mechanic.

Olga always liked to sew and crochet and currently she has transformed her passion into a small business. At the balcony of her apartment she has arranged a tailor shop where she sews clothes for children and adults. By being economical, she has bought a second manual sewing machine, and fabric.

Olga did not expect that the clothes made by her would have such a success on the market, and in order to satisfy all the market requirements she has to buy a big volume of fabric. But she has insufficient money, and that is why she requires help from Kiva.

Olga is very proud of the fact that people appreciate her work, and Kiva is the only possibility to increase the volume of her work and to bring happiness on the faces of her clients.
