A loan helped to buy farming supplies and to pay the rent on the land she farms, so that with the profits from the harvest it will be possible for her children to go to school.

Anabel Arely's story

Anabel, 26, was able to go to school until the 6th grade. She is married and has three children. Two of her children are in school, and one is just a baby.

As a child, Anabel went with her parents to their plots of land and took part in growing staple grains. When she got married, she continued that work, and now she works with her husband. She also has some young cows she hopes will be useful for farm work like plowing the soil.

She will use this loan to buy farming supplies and to pay the rent on the land she farms. With the profits from the harvest, it will be possible for her children to go to school.

Her main dream is to improve her current living conditions. She hopes to have better results from her harvest this season to give her children the education and nutrition they need.
