Robinah's Group's story

Robinah N. is the leader of her lending group in Lugasa. She is 49 years old and married with 10 children ages 11-25. Her oldest child is attending University. She also cares for orphans, taking them to school and feeding them just like her own children. Robinah is a fishmonger in Buwoya town. She started out selling matooke but changed after realizing that she could earn more selling fish, and now she has been doing so for 15 years. She is grateful for the loans because it allows her to buy enough stock without running out. She requests a new loan to buy more fish so she can earn more profits and pay for her children to attend school next term.
