Las Cariñosa Group's story

The group “Las Cariñosas” (The Affectionate Women) are represented by Mrs. Petrona and include 16 members who are beginning their second cycle of loans with honesty, responsibility and over all, the desire to progress. The majority of the members sell food, bread, sweets in stalls near the high school, or milk or they do activities such as sewing clothing, carpentry, driving passengers or playing music. They have a high level of business skills and the members have a lot of business experience. They know how to grow their businesses by offering a variety of products that are of good quality. The loans that they have obtained will be used to increase their working capital so that they can buy merchandise, supplies and materials that with continue to generate more income so that each day they can provide better opportunities for their families. For this they are very grateful for the confidence they have gained by continuing to work with this institution.
