A loan of $600 helps dolica to buy good quality seeds and increase her horticulture farm.

Dolica's story

Speaking with Dolica, it becomes obvious that she is a very hard-working and helpful woman and that everything she does is for her family's benefit and well-being. She lives in the poverty-stricken, remote village of Kangaita town in Kerugoya, along with a handsome husband and their three angelic-looking children. She has always striven to give them a decent life and a good education.

Dolica has been doing agriculture for seven years now. She makes money selling produce from her farm, including milk, eggs, and horticulture crops. She enjoys plowing her farm and watering her plants.

Crop diseases pose a big challenge for her, as well as poor productivity. Dolica also does some personal business to supplement her meager earnings from farming (shop).

Dolica is seeking a loan to buy good quality seeds and fertilizer, which will help increase soil fertility and productivity on her horticulture farm. Increased productivity will allow her to improve her quality of life and her standard of living.

Through training from Juhudi Kilimo, Dolica has learned about the culture of saving and she plans to use the increased income to improve her farming. This loan will go a long way in changing the life of Dolica and her family.

Support this hard-working and honest mother and loan now.
