Hanitriniaina's story

Hanitriniaina is a resourceful 37-year-old woman. She is divorced and takes care of her three children.

To earn money, she has multiple businesses. She raises pigs, runs a grocery store and also makes and sells hairbrushes to have the means to pay for daily expenses. She manages to cover her children's needs with the profits.

She is most invested in pig raising. She works with butchers to sell her products. She has been taking out loans with Vahatra for several years. She manages to gain some profits from the partnership.

However, she needs more loans to increase her financial capital. She will use this loan to purchase a pig and five piglets. She will also purchase a large quantity of feed. She will raise the pigs and sell them at the right time. Currently, her priority is to increase her pig stocks and expand her farm. She wants to become a successful farmer.
