A loan of $1,125 helps to buy cattle feeds .

Donald's story

Donald appreciates the support of the Kiva funders who funded his previous loans.

Donald is 39 years old and a resident of Entebbe. He is married and has 3 kids aged 4, 5 and 6 years. They are all in school. He earns a living by raising cows and he is also a service man in the Ugandan army.

Donald, a repeat borrower, is borrowing 4,000,000 UGX from Ugafode Microfinance Limited to buy feeds and other supplies to quicken the growth of his cows. He primarily deals in cross breeds that provide him with some good liters of milk for both selling and home consumption. He is very hard-working and has been raising cows for 7 years. He uses part of the land to grow their food.

He is working tirelessly towards the attainment of his dream to save enough money so he can afford to send his children to college.
