Nan (in the middle) is the leader of Ywar Thit (Se To)-1 (B) village group. The members are all farmers who live in the same village. Her companions included in the picture are Bo, San, Win, and Lay.

Nan is 50 years old, married, and shares her house with her four beloved family members (including her three children). Two of her children are already adults, while the youngest daughter is still a student. The main source of income of Nan’s family is agriculture and cow trading.

Her family farms on their 12 acres of land, planting sesame, maize, peanuts, and pigeon peas. Nan will use the loan to pay a labor allowance to daily workers to help during the busy season and to purchase fertilizers.
