A loan helped a member to buy starch, cheese, eggs, oil, butter, and other products.

San Ignacio Group's story

The “San Ignacio” group is on its third loan cycle as part of the women's committee programme. The members are all enterprising women who are looking to improve their loved ones' quality of life so that they do not need for anything.

Ada is a member of this group. She makes a living producing and selling cheesy buns, a typical Paraguayan snack eaten throughout the year. Ada says that she has customers who always come to her and make many orders.

Ada is applying for a loan in order to buy starch, cheese, eggs, oil, butter, and other products. She is grateful for this opportunity to continue to expand her business and to improve her quality of life.

In this group: María, Adela, Angelina, Zunilda, Tomasa, Erotida, Ada, Gladys, Sixta, Blasia, Matilde, María, Alba, Hermelinda, Teodolina, Lidia, Norian, Nilsa, Susana, Lorenza, Esther
