The San Gabriel Association is a group of 14 women who have been working together with Pro Mujer for the past 13 years. They meet every two weeks in the Villa Tejada community center. Their current president is Jeannette T., who affirms that the members have formed friendships over the years and support one another when needed.

Different types of businesses are represented in this group. For example, Norah sells jewelry. Others prepare and sell food from boarding houses and vending stalls. Some members sell aprons, furniture and groceries. The San Gabriel Association desires to increase their earnings since most of their children attend university. For this reason, they need to buy more goods and supplies to invest into their businesses so that they can increase their sales and generate more profits.

La asociación "San Gabriel" esta formada por catorce mujeres, trabajan junto a Pro-Mujer hace trece años, se reúnen quincenalmente en el centro focal Villa tejada, actualmente su presidenta es Jeannette T., ella afirma que a lo largo de los años han formado un grupo de amigas que se apoyan cuando lo necesitan. Diversos son los negocios de este grupo, Norah por ejemplo vende joyas, otras elaboran y venden comida en pensiones y puestos, también se dedican a la venta de mandiles, muebles y comestibles. La asociación san Gabriel desea aumentar sus ingresos, ya que la mayoría de sus hijos están en la universidad,para este objetivo necesitan comprar mercadería o insumos para invertir en sus negocios, tienen la seguridad de obtener mayores ventas y por ende mejores ganancias.
