A loan of $1,025 helped increase in merchandise.

Gayceli's story

Gayceli is 30 years old, and lives with her husband and seven-month-old baby in her own home. Since she was 19 years old, she has run, in a space in her house, a store where she sells various foods and household items. She works carefully with her customers, so she has a secure income she can use to improve her quality of life. Gayceli stocks up on merchandise every week, so that she can satisfy the demand of her customers.

Due to the income she has earned in these years, Gayceli sees herself in the future with a larger store and with a greater variety and quantity of products to sell. This is the fifth time she has taken out a loan with MFP; she is excited to continue working with the team at her communal bank, and will continue making punctual payments. The money that she requests will be used to buy merchandise and basic goods.
