A loan of $850 helped buy a motorbike.


Christopher Makanga's story

Christopher is married to Joyce Khehaya and they have four school going children. For the last three years, Christopher has been transporting small goods around Naivasha town with a motorbike.


A friend introduced him to KADET and this will be his first loan. With the proceeds from the loan, he is planning to buy his own motorbike. This will make him self employed and will begin his journey to financial freedom.


In the future, Christopher wants to venture further into the transport business eventually owning a minivan for public transport and increasing his income.
