A loan helped a member to purchase more bags of charcoal on a wholesale basis to resell on a retail basis to customers.

Biako Ye Group's story

Margeret is a woman entrepreneur and the owner of a shop where she sells charcoal. She is 34 years old and a married mother of one child who is still in school. She began her business with support from her late father. Later on, she decided to join the ID-Ghana loans programs to develop her micro-enterprise. Her business is currently doing well, since people are building the town with new business.

This new loan will be used to purchase more bags of charcoal on a wholesale basis to resell on a retail basis to customers. Ultimately, Margeret is thanking ID-Ghana and all of its partners for their support in financing non-banked entrepreneurs.
