A loan of $2,600 helped a member to purchase sheep to resell later.

Bodjinakondo Group's story

AMINATA is a livestock farmer who is 43, married, and the mother of nine children (four girls and five boys). She is the one holding the sheep’s rope in the photo. Among her children, a girl and a boy are in school. AMINATA is illiterate and a Malian, and her husband is a farmer.

To be financially independent, help her children succeed in school, and do her part to cover family expenses, she is requesting a loan from RMCR to expand her business and to increase her revenues. Through this business of six years, she manages to provide enough clothing and food for her children. Her ambition is to help her family to thrive with successful children.
