Priscilla's story

Priscilla is 30 years old and is married with 3 children. She lives in a rural community beside Honiara, the capital of the Solomon Islands.

She runs and operates a small food marketing business selling mainly fish and chips to her customers within her community and nearby schools to earn income. She has been doing this for 5 years.

With her previous loan, she was able to start up her business and meet her children's school fees. She has been successful with her business with the help from SPBD staff training on how to manage a business. Her business grows well and she is making a very good income.

She is requesting for a new loan to buy for a medium size refrigerator to store her fish for her food marketing. She planned to use her profits to buy for labors to do home improvement.
