Meet 39-year-old Kadiatu from Waterloo in Sierra Leone. She is married with 2 children between the ages of 8 years and 16 years. Her children are currently attending school. Her husband is a driver. She is fortunate to receive some income from her husband. For the past 3 years, Kadiatu established her cosmetics business. She began her business because she wants to improve the life of her children. She works at the business 12 hours per day, 6 days per week. She says that the main challenges to her business are high crime rate in the community and price inflation.
